To take the refresher course, people who have already completed the basic SSSTS course must have a valid certificate.

Construction Skills is in charge of the training, which is geared for first-line managers and those who will be assuming supervisory roles. It covers individual legal and moral responsibilities as well as standards for monitoring the safety practises of groups of operatives. It will prepare candidates for the more comprehensive Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS).

You will receive a certificate once you have completed the course.
